SHIPPING OF THE HOTTUB

• Delivery time
  The expected delivery time for your hot tub is between 4 and 6 weeks. This gives us enough time to process and ship your order with the utmost care.


• Warehouse control
  Before your hot tub is delivered, it will first be delivered to our warehouse. Here we will check everything thoroughly to ensure that your hot tub is delivered in perfect condition.


• Delivery appointment
  Before the delivery of your hot tub, we will always contact you to schedule an appointment. This prevents any misunderstandings and ensures that the delivery runs smoothly.


• Previous Delivery
  If the hot tub is available earlier than the expected delivery time, we will inform you immediately and propose an alternative delivery date.


• Delivery options
  We transport the hot tubs ourselves throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and part of Germany. In exceptional cases such as illness or vacation, we call in an external transport company. We try to prevent this as much as possible.


• Placement of the hot tub
  We deliver the hot tub to the pavement. If you ensure that the road to the final location is clear and that there are at least 2 people present to help, we will be happy to install the hot tub together with you. Tip: Make sure that the surface is firm enough to drive over with a trolley, and take into account the external dimensions of the hot tub (see dimensions table). If this is not possible, we have the option of renting a crane. This is always discussed with you in advance. This way, the installation will go smoothly and without surprises!

  The Kotka L has an outer diameter of 200 cm and an inner diameter of 180 cm, while the Kotka XL has an outer diameter of 225 cm and an inner diameter of 205 cm. The depth of 95 cm for the Kotka L and 86 cm for the Kotka XL ensures that you can comfortably immerse yourself in the warm water, with plenty of room to relax.
• Height:
  With a height of 106 cm for the Kotka L and 97 cm for the Kotka XL, you have an ideal entry height and enough space above the water level for a comfortable experience.
• Warm-up time:
  The Kotka L has a heating time of approximately 2.5 hours, while the Kotka XL takes between 3 and 3.5 hours to reach the right temperature. This means you don't have to wait long before you can enjoy a warm bath.
• Water content:
  With a water capacity of approximately 1100 litres for the Kotka L and 1600 litres for the Kotka XL, you have plenty of space to relax with ease, whether you are in a small or large group.
